Services for Young People Access Points

A Services for Young People Access Point is a venue where young people can access a wide range of services, including information, advice, guidance and support on education, work, training and volunteering, youth work projects and programmes, advice on drugs, finance, health, including sexual health, housing and much more.

Covid-19 update: October 2021

Our Access Points are fully open for face-to-face appointments.

All venues have been certified by Hertfordshire County Council as Covid-19 Secure.

You can contact your local team to make an appointment before visiting or just drop in during the opening hours. Making an appointment in advance will ensure you don’t have to wait to be seen. 

Phone or video-call appointments are also available.

The services at our Access Points are for young people aged 13-19, up to 24 if they have a learning difficulty or disability, up to 21 if they are a care leaver.

Our Access Points remain open during school holidays.
